Our Crowdfunding Groups
Creating equity in the practice of law, removing barriers of entry for those without privilege, and supporting our students as they manage law school successfully are all activities that our DEI colleagues promote and encourage. Workshops that help first-generation students navigate the law school experience, programs that help demystify the law school application process and the legal industry, and ongoing engagement and learning opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and alumni are only a few examples of the achievements of our DEI office. The purpose of this fund is to create allies and better support and prepare SLU students from communities that have been historically underrepresented in the legal profession. A gift to the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programming fund help us to continue to bring about equity at SLU LAW.
